Fulfillment, Subscription & Refund Policy

Thank you for using Plan With Ivy ("Ivy"). This Fulfillment, Subscription & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Services provided by Top Secret Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Use, which governs your use of the Services generally.

Plan With Ivy is digital retirement planning software delivered online through PlanWithIvy.com. No physical products are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the software.

Subscription Plans

Ivy offers two subscription options:

• Annual Plan — $59/year
• Quarterly Plan — $19.99/quarter

We do not offer a monthly subscription or a free trial. Current pricing is always displayed at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time in Account Settings or by emailing info@planwithivy.com with the email address associated with your account.

Canceling prevents future billing but does not end your access during the period you've already paid for:

• Quarterly subscribers retain access through the end of the current paid quarter. No further quarterly charges will occur.
• Annual subscribers retain access through the end of the current paid annual period. No further annual charges will occur.

Because Ivy does not offer a free trial, all subscription purchases are final once processed. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Payment Processing

We accept payment via major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. Charges are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

If your payment authorization is declined or later revoked (for example, due to a chargeback), your subscription and access will be terminated. If you believe this happened in error, contact us at info@planwithivy.com.

You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify pricing, plan options, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on the website or at checkout and will not retroactively affect a period you've already paid for.
