Fulfillment, Subscription & Refund Policy

Thank you for using Plan With Ivy ("Ivy"). This Fulfillment, Subscription & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Services provided by Top Secret Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Use, which governs your use of the Services generally.

Plan With Ivy is digital retirement planning software delivered online through PlanWithIvy.com. No physical products are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the software.

Subscription Plans

Ivy offers three plan options:

• Annual Plan — $60/year (recurring subscription)
• Quarterly Plan — $20/quarter (recurring subscription)
• Founding Membership — $100, one-time payment (see "Founding Membership" section below)

We do not offer a monthly subscription or a free trial. Current pricing is always displayed at checkout.

Founding Membership (Lifetime Access)

The Founding Membership is a one-time payment of $100. It is not a recurring subscription: it does not renew, there is no future billing associated with it, and there is nothing to cancel.

"Lifetime" access means access for as long as the Company continues to operate the Services. It is tied to the operating life of Plan With Ivy, not to any individual's lifespan or any fixed term of years.

If the Company discontinues the Services entirely, Founding Membership access ends along with the Services generally, on the same basis as all other subscribers. If the Company transfers the Services to a successor entity (whether by sale, merger, or similar transaction), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to have that successor honor existing Founding Memberships, but continuation of the Founding Membership under any successor is not guaranteed and will depend on that successor's own terms.

Because the Founding Membership is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, no free trial, and immediate access upon payment, it is treated the same as our other plans for refund purposes: all Founding Membership purchases are final once processed, and we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any unused portion.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription (Annual or Quarterly) at any time in Account Settings or by emailing info@planwithivy.com with the email address associated with your account. The Founding Membership has no recurring billing and therefore nothing to cancel.

Canceling a recurring subscription prevents future billing but does not end your access during the period you've already paid for:

• Quarterly subscribers retain access through the end of the current paid quarter. No further quarterly charges will occur.
• Annual subscribers retain access through the end of the current paid annual period. No further annual charges will occur.

Because Ivy does not offer a free trial, all subscription and Founding Membership purchases are final once processed. We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period or for a Founding Membership.

Payment Processing

We accept payment via major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. Charges are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

If your payment authorization is declined or later revoked (for example, due to a chargeback), your subscription and access will be terminated. If you believe this happened in error, contact us at info@planwithivy.com.

You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify pricing, plan options, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on the website or at checkout and will not retroactively affect a period you've already paid for, or a Founding Membership already purchased.
